The purpose of this research is to determine and to analyze the influence of Sukuk Issuance on the Financial Performance of Bank Muamalat Indonesia. The data used in this study are secondary data, namely time series data, period of 2012-2019. The analytical technique used in this study is quantitative analysis technique with simple regression method using the computer program which is Eviews 10. The results of this research indicate that the issuance of sukuk has a significant positive influence on the ROA and ROE ratio of Bank Muamalat Indonesia, the issuance of sukuk does not significantly influence on the FDR ratio of Bank Muamalat Indonesia and the issuance of sukuk has a significant negative influence on the BOPO ratio of Bank Muamalat Indonesia.
