CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) environment is an action or a concept which done by the company as a form of their responsibility towards the social and environment. This article examined the concept of natural resource management based on the principles of fiqh al-bi’ah. This study was qualitative research in a case study approach. Respondents of this study were employees of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk CSR division and the community of ring I region. The results by Fiqh Biah concept showed that, PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk has implemented quite good CSR activities in activities related to the environment. The form of the company's concern for the environment is quite low, but the concern for the community, especially the environment is quite good. The Suggestion of the research is necessary to make a policy strategy of making CSR environmental program of PT Semen Baturaja to give more attention of local community value and the environment.
