This study was conducted to determine the effect of free cash flow and funding decisions on shareholder value with the investment opportunity set as the moderating variable. The sample consists of 15 textile and garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2020. To solve the problem in this study, the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing were carried out using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the free cash flow variable had a negative and significant effect on shareholder value, while the funding decision variable had a positive and significant effect on shareholder value. Moderation of free cash flow with the investment opportunity set has a positive and significant effect on shareholder value, while the moderation of funding decisions with the investment opportunity set has a negative and significant effect on shareholder value.
