This research aims to determine The Effects of Job Analysis on Employees Performance of PT. Sekawan Kontrindo in Palembang City. The population in this study was all Employees of PT. Sekawan Kontrindo in Palembang City which numbered 95 people and sampling using Propotional Stratified Random Sampling techniques. The data collection method used in this study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed a correlation coefficient of 0.691, this showed that Job Analysis has a weak relationship with the Performance of Employees of PT. Sekawan Kontrindo in Palembang City. In the hypothesis testing it is known that The Job Analysis has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of The Employees of PT. Sekawan Kontrindo in Palembang City
