This study aims to examine the effect of the Management Accounting System (SAM) and Total Quality Management (TQM) on Managerial Performance in the PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang environment. This study uses primary data obtained through a questionnaire using non-probability sampling technique methods selected by saturated sampling (census). This study uses the independent variable management accounting system (SAM), total quality management (TQM) and managerial performance dependent variables. The sample used in this study were 32 managers from a total population of 58 managers. This research test uses multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS 25. The results of the study indicate that total quality management (TQM) has a partially positive effect on managerial performance. Meanwhile, the management accounting system (SAM) does not have a partial effect on managerial performance.
