PENGARUH ECO-ENZYM, LIMBAH ECO-ENZYM SERTA PUPUK FOSFOR TERHADAP pH TANAH, P-TERSEDIA, PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN SAWI (Brassica juncea L.) PADA TANAH ULTISOL
SURYA NENGSIH LUMBANRAJA. The Effect of Eco-enzyme, Eco-enzyme Waste and Phosphorus Fertilizer on the Soil pH, the P-Availability, the Growth, and the Yield of Mustard (Brassica juncea L.) on the Ultisol Soil (Supervised by ABDUL MADJID ROHIM and DEDIK BUDIANTA). This research was conducted on March to May 2021 at the Greenhouse, the Department of Soil, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. The analysis of the soil was carried out at the Laboratory of Chemistry, Biology and Soil Fertility, the Department of Soil, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. This research was done by using the Completely Randomized Design (CRD), consisting on 8 treatments. They are: B0 : no treatment (Control), B1: 10 ml/L eco-enzyme (EE), B2: 5 tons/ha of EE waste (10 g/polybag EE waste), B3 : 50% recommended dose SP-36 56.25 Kg P2O5/Ha (0,31 g SP-36/polybag), B4 : 100% recommended dose SP-36 112.5 Kg P2O5/ Ha (0,62 g SP-36/polybag), B5 : 10 ml/L EE + 5 tons/Ha EE waste, B6: 50% recommended dose SP-36 + 10 ml/L EE + 5 tons/Ha EE waste, B7 : 100% recommended dose of SP-36 + 10 ml/L EE + 5 tons/Ha of EE waste. Overall, there were 8 treatments repeated 3 times by the result that there were 24 polybags of plants. The results showed that the treatments of eco-enzyme and eco-enzyme waste and phosphorus fertilizer had significant effects on the pH of soil, the P-Availability of soil, the growth of the height plant, the number of the leaves, the length of the root, the wet weight of mustard plant crown and dry weight of mustard plant crown. The B4 treatment with a phosphorus fertilizer treatment dose of 0.62 g SP-36/polybag resulted the best effect on the pH of soil and the P-Availability of soil, the growth and yield of mustard plants on ultisol soil. It is necessary to do further research on the best dose of eco-enzyme along with eco-enzyme waste which is suitable for the growth and yield of mustard plants on ultisol soils because the treatments dose are not appropriate for ultisol soils that have acidic soil pH by resulting that the mustard plants become stunted. Keywords: Eco-enzyme, Eco-enzyme waste, ultisol soil, mustard greens.
