PENGARUH MANAJEMEN TALENTA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BANK BRI CABANG LUBUKLINGGAU
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of talent management on the performance of BRI bank employees at the Lubuklinggau branch office. The population in this study were employees of the BRI Lubuklinggau branch, amounting to 70 people. The data collection technique used was a census by distributing questionnaires to 70 employees. This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaires and the analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that Management Talent has a positive and significant influence on the performance of BRI employees in Lubuklinggau Branch. Suggestions that can be given in this study are BRI Lubuklinggau branch in collaboration with third party Talenthunt, to make it easier to get talented employees, conduct training that can increase employee talent, to retain talented employees BRI Lubuklinggau branch should offer a clear career path, ensure the work environment comfortable, providing adequate facilities, providing welfare guarantees.
