FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PEMBELIAN BARANG LELANG DAN MEKANISME PENETAPAN HARGA LELANG TERHADAP BARANG GADAI DI PEGADAIAN SYARIAH CABANG SIMPANG PATAL PALEMBANG
Pawn is an activity of pledging valuables to certain parties, in order to obtain a certain amount of money and goods that are guaranteed to be redeemed according to a predetermined agreement. This study aims to determine the factors that influence customers in purchasing auction goods and the mechanism for determining the auction price for pawned goods at the Sharia Pawnshop SimpangPatal Palembang Branch. An auction is an attempt to repay a loan that cannot be repaid within a certain time limit. There are three influencing factors, namely product factors, promotion factors and price factors on customer decisions. Sources of data used are secondary data and primary data obtained directly at the Sharia Pawnshop SimpangPatal Palembang Branch. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that product factors do not affect customer decisions, while promotion factors and price factors affect customer decisions and the mechanism for determining auction prices uses the basic auction price, namely conducting surveys to local and central markets, conducting re-assessments and seeking auction sales that are as high as possible.
