This research was aimed to examine the effect of emotional spiritual quotient, competence, and audit experience empirical study in Kantor Akuntan Publik in Palembang. The research uses independent variables are emotional spiritual quotient, competence, and audit experience. The dependent variable is the audit quality. The population of this studi is all of auditors who work at KAP in Palembang. The samples was conducted by total sampling. For collections data, the writer uses questionnaires. The data analysis uses a multiple linear regressions using the Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS) version 26. The statistical method which is used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regressions analysis. The result show that emotional spiritual quotient, competence, and audit experience have a influence on audit quality.
