PENGARUH KONSUMSI, NET EKSPOR, DAN GDP-GAP TERHADAP INFLASI DI INDONESIA
This study intends to look into the impact of several economic variables on inflation in Indonesia, such as the consumption, net exports, and the GDP-Gap. The information used is secondary data from 1990 to 2019. The ECM (Error Correction Model) regression technique was utilized to analyze the data. The findings revealed that the consumption variable had a positive and substantial effect on Indonesian inflation in the short run, had a positive insignificant effect in the long term. Meanwhile, in the short run, the net export variable has no influence on inflation in Indonesia, whereas in the long run, net exports have a positive impact and inflation in Indonesia is not significant. While the GDP-Gap variable has a positive and significant effect on Indonesian inflation in the short term, it has a positive but not significant effect on inflation in the long run.
