This research aims to determine effect of the physical work environment on teacher performance at MTs (Islamic Junior High School) Nurul Huda Sukaraja East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The population in this study was all Teacher of MTs (Islamic Junior High School) Nurul Huda Sukaraja East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency which numbered 36 people and sampling using saturated sampling techniques. The data collection method used in this study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed a correlation coefficient of 0.827, this showed that Physical Work Environment has a strong relationship on Teacher Performance at MTs (Islamic Junior High School) Nurul Huda Sukaraja East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. In the hypothesis testing it is known that The Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance at MTs (Islamic Junior High School) Nurul Huda Sukaraja East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency.
