This research aims to find out the influence of Quality Of Work Life on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Public Company BULOG Sumatra Regional Office. The population in this study is all the general company officers BULOG South Sumatra Regional Office which amounts to 61 employees. In this study using saturated sampling method. The study used primary data obtained through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis concluded that Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in public companies BULOG South Sumatra Regional Office.
