PENGARUH ANALISIS JABATAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DINAS KOPERASI, UKM, PERINDUSTRIAN DAN PERDAGANGAN (KOPERINDAG) KABUPATEN PESISIR BARAT LAMPUNG
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job analysis on the performance of the employees of the Cooperative, SME, Industry and Trade (KOPERINDAG) district Pesisir Barat Lampung. The population in this study were 38 employees and the entire population was sampled. The data collection technique is a questionnaire with a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that job analysis has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Cooperative, SME, Industry and Trade (KOPERINDAG) district Pesisir Barat Lampung. Suggestions that can be given in this study are that the head of the agency is expected to improve several indicators, including: it is expected to clarify work authority, coordination flow, avoid overlapping work, consider and adjust between position and work, facilities and needs, job responsibilities with educational background and employee work experience.
