This research was conducted to observe the growth and yield of spinach (Amaranthus sp) in various nutritional compositions as a substitute for AB Mix nutrients using the Deep Flow Technique Hydroponic System. This research was carried out at the Hydroponics house, Department of Agricultural Cultivation, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, carried out from November 2020-April 2021. The method used in this study was Completely Randomized Design (CRD). This study used four nutritional treatments there are P0 = AB Mix, P1 NPK = 500 grams, KCl = 423.2 grams, Calcium Nitrate = 754.71 grams, ZA = 265.1 grams, Micro 66.7, MgSo4 = 2888, 9 grams, P2= Fe 17.2 g/l, Ca(NO3)= 970 g/l, KNO3= 884.94 g/l, KH2PO4=272.9 g/l, K2SO4=59.6 g/l MgSO4 = 24 g/l), and micro fertilizer packages. P3= Liquid organic fertilizer of gamal leaves, catfish waste water, granulated sugar, EM4 and AB Mix (33.3%). Analysis of diversity using ANOVA test and continued with the smallest significant difference test (BNT) with a significance level of 5%. Parameters observed were plant height (cm), number of leaves, leaf greenery, leaf area (cm2), root volume (ml3), plant fresh weight (g), plant dry weight (g), and nitrogen concentration (N) in leaves. . The highest fresh weight was found in the micronutrient treatment with an average of 511.7 cm which was positively correlated with the widest leaf area in the AB Mix treatment of 34.30 cm2 and correlated with the dry weight of 2.23 grams. As an alternative to AB Mix nutrition, the use of nutrients with the lowest cost is micro-treatment, which is for 1 liter of concentrate at a cost of Rp.44.302 resulting in good growth and yields.
