This study aims to determine the level of provincial economic disparities in Sumatera Island and to analyze the effect of road and electricity on disparity economic in the island of Sumatera. The data used in this study is secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of each province on the island of Sumatera and the Electricity Statistic. The method used in this research is the method of regression analysis of panel data with Fixed Effect Model approach. Based on the Williamon Index, it shows that the level of provincial economic disparities that occurs on the island of Sumatera is relatively small and and evenly distributed. The statistical test result indicate that road variables have a positive and significant effect on disparity economic in the island of Sumatera. The variables of electricity have a negative and significant effect on disparity economic on the island of Sumatera.
