The purpose of this research is to know the effect of internal audit, leadership style and work discipine on employee performance. PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Selatan dan Bangka Belitung improves the company’s performance by looking at the role of human resources, because it allows the performance of the company will be easier to achieve corporate objectives. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research using primary data sources that are obtained directly through a questionnaire. The population in this research were employees of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Selatan dan Bangka Belitung which is located at the Palembang head office. The sample used in this research were 87 respondents with sampling using the Slovin formula. The data analyze technique used is multiple linear regression analyze. The result showed that internal audit had no effect on employee performance, leadership style and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
