This research aims to see the effect of burnout (saturation) to the performance of nurses in the general department of Hasanudin Damrah Hospital Manna, South Bengkulu. In this research, there are 42 people that involved as population samples. In this kind of research, the type of samples that used are non-probability with the census method, which means that the samples was taken from the total population of all nurses in the general section of Hasanudin Damrah Hospital. This research uses primary data that is processed answer from the questionnaire media. Analytical technique that used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. In this research, the results indicate that burnout has negative and significant effect on nurses performance. Hospital manager must paying attention to the nurses so they don’t do some excessive work and also reduce chances of being expose burnout syndrome. Keyword: burnout (saturation), performance
