The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of oil price and world gold price on corporate sukuk on companies listed in IDX. The type of data used in this study is secondary data for the period 2011-2018. The population in this study is a company registered in idx, which issued sukuk period 2011-2018 which amounts to 22 companies. The samples in this study were part of the population, namely companies that issued sukuk registered in the IDX. Analysis techniques in this study apply the analysis of panel data regression, namely regression techniques that combine timeseries data with crosssection data. The results showed that the World Oil Price had a positive and significant effect on corporate sukuk, the World Gold Price had a negative and significant effect on corporate sukuk. A coefficient of determination of 0.815566 indicating that an independent variable has an 81 percent effect on dependent variables. The results showed that oil prices and world gold prices have an influence on Corporate Sukuk in companies listed in idx. Keywords: Oil Price, World Gold Price, Corporate Sukuk.
