IDENTIFIKASI FAKTOR YANG MELATARBELAKANGI MANAJEMEN WAKTU BELAJAR SISWA PADA MASA PANDEMI DI SMPN 45 PALEMBANG

This study aims to determine the factors behind student learning time management during the pandemic. This research was conducted at SMPN 45 Palembang, this type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 510 by using a random sampling technique, which was taken randomly with a total sample of 84 students. The subjects involved in this study were students from class VII and class VIII at SMPN 45 Palembang. The data collection instrument used a learning time management factor questionnaire using the Guttman scale which was distributed via a link in the form of a google form. Analysis of research data using the percentage formula. The results showed that the factors for achieving goals (83.88%), self-regulation factors (81.22%) and motivational factors (66.07%). It can be interpreted that students are able to manage their learning time and organize themselves in order to achieve learning goals optimally.
