This study aims to : 1) Compare the input use between member and non-member of the coorperative 2) Compare the income between member and non members of the coorperative 3) Describe Farmers’ perceptions on Cooperative Perfomance in Mulyaguna Village, Teluk Gelam Subdistrict, Ogan Komering Ilir regency.This study was conducted in Mulya Village, Teluk Gelam Subdistrict, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The location was choosen purposively. The research method used in this study is survey method. The sampling method employed in this study is stratified random sampling. The samples of this study consisted of 18 members and 12 non-members of cooperative. The average income of rubber farmers who are members of cooperatives in Mulyaguna Village is greater than those of non-cooperative farmers. The income of farmers from cooperative members is Rp27,445,652, while the income of non-cooperative farmers is Rp. 21,180,813. The use of production inputs is most widely used by farmer cooperative members with an average land area of 1.24 ha, 219.44 kg of fertilizer, 1.61 liters of pesticides and 2.44 liters of ant acid. Non-cooperative farmers have an average land area of 1.13 ha, 158.33 kg of fertilizer, 1.17 liters of pesticides and 2 bottles of ant acid. The average score of rubber farmers' perceptions as a member of the Sumber Rejeki Cooperative's performance was 41.89 and was included in the very good criteria. The results of interviews with respondents obtained the four indicators of cooperative performance Sumber Rejeki namely service functions of technical activities, business development activities, marketing functions, and determining bokar prices are almost all included in the very good category except business development activities that are included in good criteria.
