This study aims to analyze and identify the effect of total profit sharing, oil price and SBIS variable towards corporate sukuk growth in Indonesia on the period 2015-2019. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Financial Services Authority, Bank Indonesia and World Bank. The method used in processing data in this study are multiple regression analysis with the Ordinary Least Square model. The analysis technique used is classical assumption test, T test, and F test. The results of the study show that the total profit sharing, oil prices and SBIS variable have a significant suitability on the growth of corporate sukuk in Indonesia. Total Profit Sharing, Oil Prices and SBIS variable are negatively related to the growth of corporate sukuk in Indonesia
