ANALISIS FINANSIAL INDUSTRI RUMAH TANGGA TEMPE DI KELURAHAN BUKIT BARU KECAMATAN ILIR BARAT 1 KOTA PALEMBANG SUMATERA SELATAN
The purpose of this study is (1) Determine whether the tempe business is feasible or not, (2) assess the sensitivity of the tempe business in terms of aspects if there is a decrease in revenue and an increase in operational costs. This research was conducted in Macan Lindungan District, Palembang City in December 2019. The research method was a survey method. The data collected consists of primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of the study: (1) The results of the calculation of financial feasibility were obtained on a business scale of 50 kg NPV of Rp298,920,636, IRR 562%, Net B / C 15.1 Gross B / C 1, 64 and PP for 1 month and 9 weeks. For a scale of 100 kg NPV, the amount is Rp580,344,898, IRR 309%, Net B / C 8.4 Gross B / C 1.52 and PP for 3 months 4 weeks. For a scale of 200 kg NPV, the amount is Rp856,830,039 IRR 215%, Net B / c 5.9 Gross B / C 1.43 and PP for 4 months 8 weeks. . For a scale of 300 kg NPV, the amount is Rp979,186,073, IRR 167%, Net B / C 4.7 Gross B / C 1.31 and PP for 6 months. (2) For a scale of 50, the income tolerance limit decreased by 62 percent, while the tolerance limit for an increase in operational costs was 167 percent. For a scale of 100 the tolerance limit for income decreases 66 percent while the tolerance limit for increased operating costs is 155 percent. For a scale of 200 the tolerance limit for income was reduced by 71 percent and the tolerance limit for operational costs rose by 146 percent. For a scale of 300 the tolerance limit for income is reduced by 77 percent and the tolerance limit for operational costs goes up 133 percent.
