This study aims to describe the absorption of the world of work and an overview of the income received for Teacher Education Early Childhood Education alumni batch 2014, 2015, and 2016 Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Sriwijaya University. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative with a sample that returns and fills out research questionnaires and namely 37 alumni. Data collection techniques are questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics and namely calculating the percentage. The results showed that 3.13% or 1 person was in the civil servant Teacher category, 71.88% or 23 people were in the Private Teacher category, 18.75% or 6 people were in the Non-Teacher Private category, and 6.25% or 2 people were in the state-owned corporation category. The type of work that alumni are engaged in is mostly working in the field of education or working as teachers or educators. Meanwhile, the income of Teacher Education Early Childhood Education alumni batch 2014, 2015, and 2016 Sriwijaya University was 6.25% or as many as 2 people were in the category of income > Rp3,924,112,536. Then as many as 93.75% or 30 people are in the category < Rp3,924,112,536.
