The purpose of this study to describe the influence of the Quantum Writing learning model based on Qualitiva on the ability to write lecture texts of class XI TPL SMK YP Gajah Mada Palembang. This study used a quasi-experimental method with the nonquivalent control group design. The sample of this study consisted of 2 classes, namely class XI TPL totaling 27 students as the experimental class using the Qualitiva-based Quantum Writing model and class XI TITL 2 totaling 27 students as the control class with the conventional model based on Qualitiva. The test given is an initial test before being given treatment and a final test after being treated using a Qualitiva-based Quantum Writing model. The data collection technique used a test technique, namely writing skills. Meanwhile, the data processing used is a t-test calculation using the SPSS 25 program. The results show that there are differences in test results between the experimental class and the control class. The average value of the initial test of the experimental class was 61.70 which increased to 80.93 in the final test. This shows an increase of 19.23. The average score of the initial test of the control class was 55.96 and increased to 63.96 in the final test. This indicates an increase of 8.00. The results of data analysis by t-test showed that t count = 9.983> t table = 2.007 with df 52 at a significant level of 95% (α = 0.05). This shows that there is a significant effect on the ability to write lecture texts for class XI TPL SMK YP Gajah Mada Palembang. Thus, Ha reads "there is a difference in the ability to write lecture texts between students who are taught using the Qualitiva-based Quantum Writing model and students who are taught using the Qualitiva-based conventional model" is accepted. It can be concluded that the qualitative-based Quantum Writing model has more influence on the ability to write lecture texts for class XI TPL students at SMK Gajah Mada Palembang.
