This study aims to see the growth and yield of paddy plants by applying NPK and chicken manure fertilizers. The research was conducted from June to November 2019 at the Greenhouse, Department of Soil Science, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, Indralaya, Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra. The study used a completely randomized factorial design with A1B1 treatment (Urea 200 kg ha-1, KCl 100 kg ha-1 + 5 tons of chicken manure ha-1), A1B2 (Urea 200 kg ha-1, KCl 100 kg ha-1 + Chicken manure 10 tons ha-1), A1B3 (Urea 200 kg ha-1, KCl 100 kg ha-1 + Chicken manure 15 tons ha-1), A2B1 (Urea 102 kg ha-1, KCl 66 kg ha- 1 + Chicken manure 5 tons ha-1), A2B2 (Urea 102 kg ha-1, KCl 66 kg ha-1 + 10 tons of chicken manure ha-1), A2B3 (Urea 102 kg ha-1, KCl 66 kg ha-1 + 15 tonnes of chicken manure ha-1). Based on the results of the study, the A1B3 treatment (Urea 200 kg ha-1, KCl 100 kg ha-1 + chicken manure 15 tons ha-1) showed the best results with grain production per hectare of 2,474 tons ha-1 and a proportion of pithy grain weight of 85.54%.
