This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employees performance at Tanjung raja Public Health Center on Tanjung Raja district, Ogan Ilir regency. The population in this study were all employees in the Tanjung raja Public Health Center on Tanjung Raja district, Ogan Ilir regency using a sample which amounted to 44 respondent. Data collection methods used in this study are obtained from questionnaires. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was concluded that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employees performance at Tanjung raja Public Health Center on Tanjung Raja district, Ogan Ilir regency.
