This research aims to determine the effect of work discipline on teacher performance at the State Elementary School 135 Palembang. The population in this study was all teachers at the State Elementary School 135 Palembang, amounting to 47 people and taking the sample using a census. The data collection method used in this study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the work discipline had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at the State Elementary School 135 Palembang. This research is useful for the Principal of the State Elementary School 135 Palembang to improve the work discipline of teachers so that their performance can also be improved.
