ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF WORK MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE OF PUSKESMAS BUMI LAMPUNG KECAMATAN KIKIM TIMUR KABUPATEN LAHAT This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation on employee performance of Puskesmas Bumi Lampung Kecamatan Kikim Timur Kabupaten Lahat. The population in this research is the employees in Puskesmas Bumi Lampung Kecamatan Kikim Timur Kabupaten Lahat amounting to 39 people and sampling using the saturation sampling. The data used in this research is primary data obtained through data collection method in the form of questionnaire.. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. The results showed that work motivation has a positive and significant influence on the performance employee performance of Puskesmas Bumi Lampung Kecamatan Kikim Timur Kabupaten Lahat.Based on the results of this research, it is expected to Puskesmas Bumi Lampung Kecamatan Kikim Timur Kabupaten Lahat to optimize the factors that affect the work motivation of the employees so that employees can continue to learn and be motivated to provide their best service.
