This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, firm size, leverage and maturity to bond rating in manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The object of this study is manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016 – 2019. Purposive sampling method used as the sampling method. The research method used multiple linear regression to test the hypothesis. The result of this study showed that profitability has not significant effect to bond rating, liquidity has negative and significant effect to bond rating, firm size has positive and significant effect to bond rating, leverage has negative and significant effect to bond rating and maturity has not significant effect to bond rating.
