This study aims to produce an authentic and practical kind of children’s social emotional book group B Kindergarten valid and practical. This type of research is the development using the ADDIE model proposed by Dick & Carey with the stages of needs and objektives analysis, developing, and selecting assesmen materials (product design), and evaluation. evaluation using the Tessmer formatif evaluation, method consist of delf evaluation, exper riview, one to one evaluation, and small group evaluation. The result of expert review material validation of 76% and media validation 92% obtained an average of 84% with a very valid category. This means that the assesment book is in accordance with the content of the field of language development for group B Kindergarten Children, then the contruct consist of radability and appropriateness of images, while from the media seen from the book packaging, display design, use off letters and font sizes and ilustrations of authentic assesmnet books. In the stage of one to one evaluation and small group evaluation obtained of percentage of 95% with the category of very practical. This means that the ease of use of authentic assesment is easy for the examiner and the intructions for using authentic assesment are easy to understand. Based on the result of the study it can be concluded that the authentic assesment book on social emotional fields is easily understood by group B Kindergarten as well as feasible to use.
