PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI TERHADAP LOYALITAS KARYAWAN PADA PUSKESMAS 4 ULU KOTA PALEMBANG
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational communication on employee loyalty at Puskesmas 4 ULU in Palembang city. The data used in this study primary data, the population in this study are all employees at Puskesmas 4 ULU with 39 employees and all of them are sampled, using a sampling technique with non probability sampling. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis with simple regression analysis. The results of this study are organizarional communication has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. To improve employee loyalty, it is suggested that periodic evaluations of employee motivation and job promotion are adjusted to their education and training, so employee loyalty can increase every year.
