This research instrument uses a standing board jump test. Research conducted by Dwi Wahyu Santosa (2015) using the squat jump exercise got a tcount value of 5.9418 which is smaller than 2.8992 and the hypothesis is accepted and has an effect. The treatment in this study was squat jump exercise which was given for 6 weeks with a frequency of exercise 3 times a week. The results of research and data analysis with statistical "t test" with a significant level = 0.05 obtained tcount = (19.14) while ttable = (1.70), then tcount > ttable so that Ha can be accepted, while H0 is rejected. The research findings are squat jump exercises have an effect on increasing leg muscle power in the SSB Ogan Ilir club. The implication of this study is that the squat jump exercise can be used as a type of exercise to increase the strength of leg muscle power at the SSB Ogan Ilir club.
