ANALYSIS OF THE ACHIEVEMENT OF FINE MOTORIC DEVELOPMENT IN CHILDREN AGES (5-6) YEARS DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC IN LEBAK MURNI, PALEMBANG CITY By: Farida Asriyani ID: 06141281722038 Supervisor: Dra. Syafdaningsih, M.Pd Teacher education for early childhood education ABSTRACT The study aims to describe the level of achievement fine motor development children aged (5-6) years during the Covid-19 pandemic in Lebak Murni, Palembang City in accordance with level of development achievement in Permendikbud No.137 of 2014 National Standard of Early Childhood Education. The type of research used id quantitative descriptive with a research sample of 15 childern aged (5-6) years in in Lebak Murni, Palembang City. The data collection technique is a cheklist observation sheet for children and a closed questionnaire for the child’s parents, data analysis technique uses arithmetic percentage with 70% rule and cheklist observation sheet data plus 30% and questionnaire data. The results showed that the overall level of achievement fine motor development children aged (5-6) years during the Covid-19 pandemic in Lebak Murni, Palembang City was 70,61% or was at level A (Appropriate) with the level of development achievement in Permendikbud No.137 of 2014 National Standard of Early Childhood Education with details as many as 28% of children are in the VA category (Very Appropriate), 35,43% of children are in the A category (Appropriate), 29,24% of children are in the QA category (Quite Appropriate) and 7,99% od children are in the NA category (Not Appropriate). The haghest level of achievement fine motor development children aged (5-6) years during the Covid- 19 pandemic in Lebak Murni, Palembang City was mainly of the indicators of imitating shapes, exploring with various media and activities, using stationery and eating utensils correctly while for the lowest levels of achievent of fine motor development, namely on the indicators of drawing according to indeas and expressing yourself through detailed drawing movements.
