REGULASI DIRI DALAM BELAJAR PADA MAHASISWA ADIKSI BELANJA ONLINE PROGRAM STUDI BIMBINGAN KONSELING UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA
This study is a research that uses quantitative descriptive methods with the aim of knowing self-regulation in learning in the students of the Counseling Guidance study program at Sriwijaya University in Palembang class who experience online shopping addiction. The population in this study were 88 students with sampling using the "Purposive Sampling" technique, which was taken with the criteria of online shop addiction with a total of 82 students. The samples involved in this study were Guidance and Counseling Students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sriwijaya University, Palembang class. The data collection instrument used a self-regulation instrument in learning using a Likert scale, which was distributed through online media in the form of google form. Data analysis was performed using the percentage formula. The results of this study indicate that there are (1) the percentage of self-regulation in learning students who experience online shop addiction in the Guidance and Counseling Students of the Sriwijaya University, Palembang class, in the high category (T) as many as 13 students with a percentage of 16%, the medium category (S) as many as 55 students with a percentage of 67%, and the low category (R) as many as 14 students with a percentage of 17%. (2) Based on the aspect of self-regulation in learning, it is more specific in the metacognitive aspect. Students are in the medium category with a percentage of 63%, in the motivational aspect, students are in the medium category with a percentage of 64%, and in the behavioral aspect, students are in the moderate category with percentage 63%.
