ANALISIS PENGUKURAN KINERJA PERUSAHAAN DENGAN SISTEM PENGHARGAAN BERBASIS KINERJA PADA PT ZIKRUL HAKIM BESTARI CABANG PALEMBANG
Formulation of the problem in this study is how the performance of PT. Zikrul Hakim Bestari Palembang branch when measured with the concept of performance-based reward system. This type of research include descriptive study aimed to determine the value of either one independent variable or more variables without seeing the comparison or relationship with other variables. The results showed that performance-based reward system has not really implemented well because book sales in three years running is still decreasing. In 2018 the company is able to achieve its targets and reduce the cost of a company that has been targeted by 125% and 105% in 2019, but in 2020 a decline in sales revenue of the company budgeted target of 94%. This is due to the improved determination of the amount of the budget each year is too large and the reduction in incentives provided by the company to its employees make to employee morale in the sales decline.
