The pandemic Covid 19 is a disaster that has a very large impact in Indonesia, especially the economic and financial impact of the state, one example being bank customers who have loan dependents for business capital. In the current pandemic, several businesses have suffered greatly due to the cessation of the economy. So it is very difficult for customers who have debts to banks to pay when their business is not running. Therefore, problems arise 1. How is the settlement of non-performing people's business credit agreements based on applicable regulations? 2. What are the steps for resolving troubled people's business loans taken by Bank Mandiri PT. BANK MANDIRI (Persero) Tbk MBU PALEMBANG A. Rivai arising from the PandemicCovid 19? By using the Empirical method, in this paper there are concrete examples of solving customer problems that are difficult to fulfill their achievements to the bank. In practice, there are several ways that banks use to solve the problem of credit defaults due to the covid 19 disaster. The resolution of these problems has a choice depending on the ability of the customer concerned. Of course, with a subjective assessment from the bank first to determine whether the customer will be given relief in the form of an extension of the payment tenor or with a temporary suspension of payments for several months. This choice is one of the choices of the bank to save the bank's finances.
