This study aims to examine the effect of factors of production on the value of production and the economies of scale in the cement and lime industry for readymade construction in Indonesia and the level of profit gained by the industry. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression using the Cobb-Douglas production function. The results show that the cement and lime industry in Indonesia is in a condition of increasing return to scale with an economic scale of more than 1, which is 6,973 where an increase in the labor variable by 1 percent will increase the output value by 5.05 percent and an increase in the material variable. raw material will increase the value of output by 1.92 percent. The cement and limestone industry for ready-made construction in Indonesia has an average profit rate of 38.94 percent or Rp. 228.9 trillion per year.
