PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STUDENT TEAM ACHIEVEMENT DIVISIONS TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK PADA MATA PELAJARAN EKONOMI KELAS X DI SMA NEGERI 14 PALEMBANG
This study aims to provethe effect of cooperative learning model type Student Team Achievement Divisions on student learning outcomes in class X economics subjects at SMA Negeri 14 Palembang. PeneThis research is an experimental type of research that uses a Pre-Experimental Design in the form of One-Group Pretest-Postest The population in this study is all class X IPS SMA Negeri 14 Palembang. The research sample used Cluster Random Sampling, and the selected sample was class X IPS 5 as the experimental class, totaling 36 students. The data collection techniques used were tests and observations. The test uses the test validation test while observation uses the syntax of the learning model Student Team Achievement Divisions. The learning process usesWhatsapp Group and Google Meet applications. The data analysis technique was the analysis of the observation data and the learning outcome test data. The prerequisite test is the pretest and posttest data normality test which obtains students' learning outcomes (-41.36) on the pretest values that are normally distributed, while the posttest scores (-71.02) which means the data is normally distributed and the simple regression test is 6, 68. The Pearson Product Moment correlation hypothesis test is 0.85%, which means that it has a very strong value ranging from 0.80 to 1.00. The determinant coefficient is 72.25% which affects the learning outcomes of students and the value of the t test sample related and obtained t count37,901> 1,667 ttabel, then the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Then it can be concluded that there isthe effect of cooperative learning model type student team achievement divisions on student learning outcomes in class X economics subjects at SMA Negeri 14 Palembang. It is recommended that students be able to think critically, be conducive, and be more active in working together in groups so that the implementation of the learning process is expected to improve student learning outcomes according to the expected goals.
