This study aims to get information and describe about the management of biology laboratory condition at Senior High School of Ilir Barat I district, Palembang. This study used descriptive method. This study used four school for the sample based on the location at Ilir Barat I district, Palembang. This study used observation, interview and documentation for the data collection. The result showed that, laboratory administrator organizing indicator was categorized as complete with percentage of 67%, laboratory administrative management indicator was categorized as very complete with percentage of 95%, laboratory facilities and infrastructure indicator was categorized complete with percentage 75% and laboratory safety indicator was categorized less complete with percentage 37%. Based on the data, it can be concluded that management of biology laboratory at Senior High School of Ilir Barat I district, Palembang was categorized complete with percentage 74% (61% - 80%).
