By using industrial waste in the form of scrap industrial scrap aluminum, which has a low melting point, making it easier to fabricate. The method used to get an aluminum alloy that suits your needs is to use the casting method, which is one of the techniques in forming metal in an industry where the metal is melted in a melting furnace which functions to melt the metal and then the results of the melting will be poured into the mold cavity. which is similar to the original shape of the product to be made. In this examiner, the researcher prepared a cast mold. Then in the state the proportion by weight of fine coal powder (fine coal). Then the molten aluminum is poured into a mold with a burning temperature of around 660 ° C so that the aluminum and fine coal are mixed.
