The aim is to see the level of mastery of science process skills mastered by students. This research was conducted in class XI IPA 1 at SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara. The method used is qualitative by using the technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling. The instruments used are observation sheets and test questions that include KPS indicators. The results showed a high score in communicating, grouping, using tools and materials. The score categories are observing, inference, predicting, hypothesizing, planning experiments, interpreting and applying concepts. The conclusion in this study is that the mastery of KPS in students shows a fairly good category
