PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA BERBASIS ETNOMATEMATIKA DENGAN KONTEKS RUMAH ADAT LUBUKLINGGAU
This research to describe the student’s responses to ethnomathematics based learning in the context of traditional house Lubuklinggau. The subject of this research is the students of class VII 2 SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Lilin. This research is a descriptive study, where the researcher is the main instrument that plays a role in collecting data through observation, documentation, questionnaires, and interviews. The results of this research indicate that student’s responses to mathematics learning in the context of the Lubuklinggau traditional house on the material the position of two lines in a field obtained an average result of 87,5 for indicator showing interest when participating in ethnomathematics based learning, an average of 88,5 for indicator showing feelings of pleasure when participating in ethnomathematics based learning, an average of 90 for indicator showing amazed when participating in ethnomathematics based learning, and an average of 89,5 to indicator showing that ethnomathematics based learning is a new lesson.
