Economic equality is a priority in Indonesia marked by infrastructure development such as the Trans Sumatra troll road. The direct benefit of toll roads is much shorter and more efficient growth times. However, all these economic benefits are only received by direct road users, in the meantime, the community around the road has negative externalities, such as along Jalan Lintas Timur Kayu Agung-Teluk Gelam. There is an economic sector such as restaurants that are affected. This study purpose is to determine the impact of toll road construction on the sales results of restaurants along Jalan Lintas Timur Kayu Agung-Teluk Gelam. This research is using a quantitative method. The data used are primary data obtained from 47 restaurant samples. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis result, the construction of toll roads has decreased the sales of restaurants. Capital has a significant effect on restaurant sales, and working hours have a significant but insignificant effect on restaurant sales along Timur Kayu Agung-Teluk Gelam Roads
