PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION PADA PT.BRILIO VENTURA INDONESIA
This research aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee turnover intention in PT.BRILIO VENTURA INDONESIA. The study used quantitative methods with questionnaires as research instruments. The population in this study was 50 people with 50 respondents using saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used is a simple liner regression. Based on the results of the analysis concluded that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on the turnover intention at company. From the aspects that have been researched,PT.BRILIO VENTURA INDONESIA management should pay more attention to aspects that can affect job satisfaction so that the turnover rate of employee intention is low.
