This study aims to get the best coffee plant with a 15 years old oil palm polyculture system and these activities do not interfere with oil palm plants. This research was implemented in the oil palm trial area, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, Indralaya, Ogan Ilir. The study was conducted in November 2019 until March 2020. The research design was a Randomized Block Design (RBD) factorially arranged with two factors namely the origin of the coffee area and the dose of N, thus there were 12 treatment combinations with three replications. Each experimental unit consists of 2 plants so that the total sample plants are 72 plants. The factors studied were nitrogen (N) doses consisting of 4 levels, namely; N0= 0g / plant; N50 = 10g / plant; N100 = 20g / plant; N150 = 30g / plant, where 100% N = 20g / plant is the recommended dose. The area of origin of coffee (K) consists of 3 levels, namely; K1 = Pagar Alam; K2 = Lahat; K3 = Muara Enim. The origin of the coffee area has a significant effect on the leaf length variable, and robusta coffee from PGA is more adaptive than LHT and ME. Dosage N significantly influences leaf growth, diameter increase, height increase, and the level of greenness of the leaves. The best dosage of N at a dose of 20 g / plant. The results based on T test also showed that leaf frond piles planted with coffee gave a response that was not significantly different from oil palm that was not planted with coffee, especially on the amount of fresh bunches, the number of spear leaves, the number of dried midribs, the number of male flowers and the number of female flowers.
