EFIKASI DIRI GURU SEKOLAH DASAR DI KECAMATAN ILIR BARAT I DALAM MENERAPKAN KEBIJAKAN BELAJAR DARI RUMAH
This study aims to describe how the self-efficacy of elementary school teachers in implementing the learning from home policy at SD Ilir Barat District I during the pandemic Covid-19. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The research subjects is an elementary school teacher in Ilir Barat District I, totaling 17 teachers. The data collected in this study were obtained using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used a categorization formula. From the results of data analysis that has been obtained, it can be seen that the self-efficacy of elementary school teachers in implementing the learning from home policy at Ilir Barat District I, namely, in the "High" category there is 1 teacher (5.8%), in the "Medium" category. there are 13 teachers (76.6%), and in the "Low" category there are 3 teachers (17.6%). Meanwhile, the self-efficacy per dimension is also in the “Medium” category with a magnitude dimension of 64.7%, a strength dimension of 70.6%, and a generality dimension of 76.5%. So it can be concluded that the self-efficacy of elementary school teachers in implementing the learning from home policy at Ilir Barat District I is mostly in the "Medium" category.
