UJI KUALITAS GIZI DAN UJI ORGANOLEPTIK SERTA PERTUMBUHAN TANAMAN KANGKUNG (Ipomoea reptans Poir) HASIL BIOFORTIFIKASI YODIUM YANG DIBUDIDAYAKAN SECARA HIDROPONIK
This research was conducted at the Entomotology Laboratory, Department of Plant Pests and Diseases, Faculty of Agriculture. Sriwijaya University from April 2020 to November 2020. This research used entomopathogenic fungi bioinsecticide obtained from the Entomology Laboratory. The bioinsecticide codes are BKbTp, BSwTd4, MSwTp1, and MSwTp3. Furthermore, the pathogenicity test of S. frugiperda larvae used a randomized block design (RBD) using 5 treatments that were repeated 3 times with an average temperature of 29.49 ° C and a relative humidity of 88.23 % and observed for 12 days. The conclusion of this study is the entomopathogenic fungal bioinsecticide with the most pathogenicity is BKbTP code with a shelf life of 5 months which causes 81.33% mortality, so that it has the potential to be developed as a biological controller to suppress the S.frugiperda pest population.
