Parents play an important role in the growth and development of children. One aspect that parents need to pay attention to is the aspect of the child's character. Character is one of the important aspects in guiding children to success in the future. Honest character is one of the crucial characters to be instilled from an early age. This study aims to describe the role that parents have played in instilling the character of honesty in their children during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research approach used in this study was a descriptive quantitative approach with the sample of parents in groups B1 and B2 at RA Perwanida 3 Palembang. Data collection techniques were taken through questionnaires and online interviews. The data analysis technique used is the calculation of the percentage of the questionnaire instrument and is supported by interview data. The results of this study indicate that the overall role of parents in instilling honest character in Group B children at RA Perwanida 3 Palembang is 82.16% and is in the Good category. With details of 6 respondents are in the very good category, 25 of respondents are in the good category, and there are no respondents who are in the bad and very bad category. The highest indicator of the role of parents in instilling honest character is achieved by the indicator of the role of parents as role models with a percentage of 90.8% and is in the very good category. Meanwhile, the lowest indicator of the role of parents in instilling honest character was achieved by the indicator of the role of parents as a facilitator with a percentage of 68.01% and was in the Good category.
