This study aims to determine accountability and transparency in the financial management of mosques in 3 mosques in Palembang City. This research is a case study research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used in this study is primary data obtained through interviews and direct observation. The selected mosque objects are the Agung Palembang Mosque, the Raya Taqwa Mosque and the Muhammad Cheng Ho Mosque. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis and described descriptively. The results showed that the accountability and transparency of the 3 mosques studied were not yet accountable and transparent because they did not present financial reports in accordance with PSAK No. 45/ISAK 35 and 3 mosques only record cash in and cash out.
