This study aims to determine the collection procedure and the level of effectiveness of land and building tax revenues in the plantation, forestry and mining sectors at Prabumulih Primary Tax Service Office. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of documentation and interviews. The results of data collection were then analyzed using the comparative descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the effectiveness of land and building tax revenues for the plantation, forestry and mining sectors from 2015 to 2019 always fluctuated.
